When Grace Redman asked if I would be a guest on Real Talk, I was blown away. I appreciate Grace and the wonderful life she’s made and how she helps women to create their best life. I have watched many of her shows. It always uplifts me. I’m grateful that I had this opportunity to speak with Grace. You’ll find some good lessons in our conversation about self-love.
I feel both relieved and embarrassed. For whatever reason, I thought I froze for a long time and continued to stumble through the end. That wasn’t the case. I watched our episode of Real Talk just now and it was great! Like I said to Grace, I’m too hard on myself. It was an awesome experience and I’m so glad I have a video to watch again and again. Thank you to everyone who watched, especially my parents who watched it live.
Here are a couple of things I want to add to the conversation.
Relating to my Word of the Year, PLAY. I had a Human Design session with Dr. Lisa Thompson. I learned that I’m a Projector with emotional authority. This means I wait for an invitation and for my emotional response to come full circle before making a decision. My archetype is the Role Model Hermit. No surprise there. The reading was spot on and it was a lot of fun.
I also want to correct my description of Sunny’s oracle card, 333. It reads Creativity, Expression, and Universal Support. At that moment, I mixed up Expression with Abundance.
