With the exception of the diffuser, I have received assistance from everything in this picture. You may need a combination of self-care techniques and activities. If you tried one or two methods without success, please try more. There is abundant research and resources available.

Some days, you may need to alternate between several techniques. Other days, you may need little to none. Please be kind to yourself.

I still have challenging days. Yesterday, I didn’t feel well enough to go to the gym. Today, I laid awake in bed until 9:35 am. The hardest part is acknowledging the struggle without judging myself. It was a difficult morning, but I’m still moving forward. You can do this.

Take time for yourself. Talk with others and share self-care techniques. I hope this helps.

I wish you the best.
