Personal Progress – Thanks for Your Support

As of today, I’ve been on the same psychiatric medications for eight months, regularly exercising for five, blogging for four, and decreasing my counseling appointments from weekly to biweekly for two months.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, sent kind messages, let me cry on their shoulder and encouraged me to find a stronger version of myself.

I’m going to continue to share my progress and reach out to loved ones who need support. I’m navigating some irksome obstacles, but it means the world to know I’m not alone. Please believe me when I say “I’m here for you”.

Below, I included a list of my accomplishments since December of 2017. Originally, this list was just for personal use. You’ll notice typos. It isn’t in the most aesthetic format or grammatically worded and organized.

I encourage you to keep a list of your own personal accomplishments. No accomplishment is insignificant. For example, I included, “fall asleep in bed more often than the loveseat”. Use your list to build your confidence and remind you of your starting points.

I wish you the best.
